Recipe
4 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 lb green beans, trimmed and steamed
2 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp ground ginger
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
How to Prepare
Wash and trim green beans.
Steam until they turn bright green, about 5 minutes.
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add coriander seeds and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add green beans and turmeric and sauté until green beans are warmed through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
