Serves 6

10.6 oz.  mixed greens

1 small red onion, sliced

4 baby cucumbers, sliced

6 tbsp. walnuts, chopped

Dressing:

4 tbsp. Dijon mustard

4 tbsp. honey

4 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

1 tsp. salt

¼ tsp. black pepper

4 tbsp. olive oil

How to Prepare

Mix the dressing ingredients in a jar, cover, and shake.

Combine the mixed greens, red onion, cucumbers, and walnuts in a large bowl. Pour over the dressing just before serving.
