1 small red onion, sliced

4 baby cucumbers, sliced

6 tbsp. walnuts, chopped

Dressing:

4 tbsp. Dijon mustard

4 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

1 tsp. salt

¼ tsp. black pepper

4 tbsp. olive oil
