Tossed Green Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing

Tossed Green Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing

Fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor, this Tossed Green Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing is the kind of everyday recipe that never goes out of style. Built on a base of crisp, nutrient-dense greens and layered with crunchy cucumbers, sliced red onion, and heart-healthy chopped walnuts, it delivers the perfect mix of textures and nutrition. Each bite brings together the earthiness of fresh vegetables and the natural sweetness of honey, tied together with a bold, creamy dressing that’s both tangy and just the right amount of sweet.

The real star of the show is the homemade honey mustard dressing — a simple, pantry-friendly blend of Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil. It comes together in minutes and completely transforms the salad into something crave-worthy and satisfying. No preservatives, no fillers — just clean, honest ingredients that pack a flavorful punch.

This salad is incredibly versatile: serve it as a light and energizing lunch, a colorful side dish for dinner, or even bulk it up with grilled chicken, or hard-boiled eggs for a more filling meal. It also holds up beautifully for potlucks, meal prep, or weeknight dinners when you want something fast but nourishing.

Easy to prepare, endlessly adaptable, and rich in nutrients, this is a go-to recipe you’ll return to again and again. It proves that healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring or bland — it can be vibrant, satisfying, and downright delicious.
