1-1/2 cups frozen mango chunks
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup frozen banana chunks
2 packets of unsweetened acai berry puree
1 cup ice cold water, plus more
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
*for topping – sliced banana, kiwi, pineapple, coconut, granola and/or chopped nuts
How to Prepare
In a blender, combine the frozen mango, pineapple and banana. Run the acai packets under warm water for about 30 seconds then cut open and pour into the blender.
Pour in the cold water and start blending on the lowest speed and increasing to the highest speed. If necessary, pause and scrape down the sides. Add 1/4-1/2 cup of water more if it won’t blend.
Add the lime juice and blend to combine. Pour into two bowls and top as desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
