1 oz. (30g) vanilla protein powder
½ banana
5.8 oz. (165g) pineapple
1 oz. (30g) spinach
1 tbsp. ground flaxseed
2 tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes
4 oz. (120g) coconut yogurt
How to Prepare
Add all ingredients and 12 fl oz (355ml) water to a blender.
Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
