Recipe
3 tablespoons coconut oil
4 5-ounce BPA-free cans wild-caught tuna in water, drained
1 egg
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
½ cup almond flour
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon dehydrated chopped onions (or 1 teaspoon onion powder)
sea salt and black pepper, to taste
zest and juice of 1 lemon

How to Prepare
Add oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Meanwhile, mix together all remaining ingredients in a medium mixing bowl until well-combined.
Form mixture into 6 round patties, then add the patties to the hot pan. Fry for 5-7 minutes on each side or until heated through and crispy golden brown on both sides.
