1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 red chili, seeded if desired, thinly sliced
2 celery stalks, diced
7 oz. (200g) tuna in olive oil (drained weight)
0.5 oz. (15g) parsley, coarsely chopped

How to Prepare
In a large bowl, combine red bell pepper and chili with 1½ tbsp. vinegar and a big pinch of salt. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Add celery, tuna, and parsley. Gently toss until tuna flakes into bite-sized pieces and everything is well mixed.
