6 cups chopped watermelon
1/2 cup coconut water
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
1/2 tsp seeded & diced jalapeño
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp chipotle chili powder
pinch of sea salt
3/4 cup seeded & diced cucumber
3/4 cup peeled & diced jicama
2 Tbsp finely chopped cilantro
How to Prepare
Place the watermelon, coconut water, lime juice, jalapeño, spices and salt in a blender. Blend well.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir well before serving.
