Shrimp is a great source of lean protein, as well as nutrients like selenium, iodine, and vitamin B12, which support immune health, metabolism, and energy levels. The bed of crisp lettuce offers fiber and antioxidants, contributing to digestive and cellular health, while fresh lemon juice adds a bright note along with vitamin C, known for supporting skin and immune function. The sauce, made from mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon, and coconut aminos, ties everything together with a rich, savory flavor that feels both familiar and festive.
Perfect for a holiday dinner, a New Year’s gathering, or any celebratory meal, this shrimp cocktail is quick to assemble and easy to serve. It brings a colorful, fresh element to the table that guests of all ages can enjoy.
