½ cup (120ml) almond milk, unsweetened
½ cup (120g) coconut yogurt
1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped
1 medium banana, sliced & frozen
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. almond butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
