Recipe

Serves 3

1 cup cooked brown rice

1 lb lean ground turkey

1 bag (14oz) coleslaw mix

1 bag (12oz) frozen Asian vegetable mix

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp ginger, minced

3 tbsp coconut aminos

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tsp sriracha (optional)

Green onions for garnish

How to Prepare

Brown turkey, add garlic and ginger.

Add coleslaw mix and frozen vegetables, cook 5-6 mins.

Mix in coconut aminos, sesame oil, vinegar.

Serve over rice, and top with green onions.
