Recipe

Serves 2

2 tbsp. fresh ginger, grated

1 lemon, juiced

1 oz. (30g) fresh spinach, washed

2 tbsp. Honey or agave syrup

How to Prepare

Add the spinach, lemon juice, ginger, 15 tbsp water, and honey (or agave) syrup to a blender.



Blend until completely smooth. Then strain through a sieve.



Divide between two small glasses and serve immediately.
