Recipe
15.9 oz. (450g) coconut yogurt
3 tbsp. Almond butter
3 tbsp. Easy Berry Chia Jam (see below)
1 serving of Stove Top Turmeric Granola, to serve (Recipe here)
Easy Berry Chia Jam:
13.2 oz. (375g) frozen blueberries
2 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. Honey

How to Prepare
Combine berries, chia seeds, and orange juice in a bowl. Stir and let sit at room temperature for 1-2 hours or refrigerate overnight. Mash slightly, then stir in honey and let sit for another 20-30 minutes to thicken.
For each parfait, layer the yogurt, followed by almond butter and chia jam. Repeat. Refrigerate until serving. Top with granola just before serving.
