Recipe

Serves 1

5.3 oz.  mixed frozen berries

1 tbsp. almond butter

4 tbsp. vanilla protein powder

2 tbsp. rolled oats (optional)

8 fl oz. almond milk, unsweetened

How to Prepare

Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth.

Adjust the smoothie’s consistency by adding a little more milk if it’s too thick or more frozen berries if it’s too thin.

Serve immediately for the best taste and texture.
