1 gluten free wrap (We like Siete Brand)

handful of arugula

handful of chopped cherry tomatoes

1/4 cup of chickpeas

1/2 avocado mashed

squeeze of lemon

sea salt & black pepper, to taste

How to Prepare

In a small bowl mash the avocado with the lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Spread the avocado into your wrap then add your arugula, tomatoes and chickpeas.

Serve and enjoy!
