1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breast (or thighs), sliced into thin strips
2 bell peppers (any color), sliced
1 red onion, sliced
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp taco seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
Lime wedges, for serving
Chopped cilantro (coriander), for serving
