5.3 oz. (150g) rolled oats
2.5 oz. (70g) dates
1.8 oz. (50g) almonds
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1 ripe banana, mashed
0.2 oz. (5g) shredded coconut
1 oz. (30g) almond meal
