Banana & Chocolate Protein Pancakes

In just a few simple steps, blend together egg whites, a whole egg, almond milk, rolled oats, chocolate protein powder, and a ripe banana until smooth. Cook the batter in a skillet with coconut oil until golden brown on both sides. Finally, top your warm pancakes with fresh banana slices and a drizzle of maple syrup for a delicious start to your day or a satisfying post-workout meal.


Serves 1

4.2 oz. egg whites

1 whole egg

1 tbsp. unsweetened almond milk

4 tbsp. rolled oats

1 scoop (25g) chocolate protein powder

2 bananas

1 tbsp. maple syrup

1 tsp. coconut oil

How to Prepare

Place the egg whites, whole egg, almond milk, rolled oats, chocolate protein powder, and one of the bananas into a blender and blitz for 20-30 seconds.

Heat the coconut oil in a nonstick skillet, add the pancake batter and cook the pancakes for a few minutes on each side.

Serve the pancakes warm topped with the second sliced banana and a drizzle of maple syrup.
