7 tbsp. coconut yogurt (plain and unsweetened)
3 small garlic cloves
½ lemon, juiced
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard (sugar-free)
1.6 oz. (45g) finely ground cashews (to mimic the cheesy flavor) Or 1.6 oz. plant based Parmesan cheese
2 small anchovy filets
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
How to Prepare
Prepare Cashews: If the cashews aren’t pre-ground, you can grind them in a blender or food processor until they’re finely powdered.
