Cantaloupe Kale Smoothie

Kale and cantaloupe may not be the first ingredients that come to mind when you think of smoothies, but this combination is delicious and nutritious. Kale is a great source of vitamin A, vitamin C, and calcium, while cantaloupe is high in vitamins A and C as well as potassium. This smoothie is perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.

Recipe

Serves 1

1 ½ cups dairy-free milk

1 cup chopped cantaloupe

1 cup chopped kale

Juice of ½ lime

Pinch sea salt

1 scoop plant-based protein powder

How to Prepare

•Add all ingredients to a high powered blender, (We like the Vitamix).

•Blend on high until smooth.

•Enjoy!
