Recipe

½ red onion, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

12 oz. (340g) ground chicken, extra lean

9.6 oz. (273g) frozen vegetable mix

1 tbsp. Honey (optional)

2 tbsp. Coconut aminos

1 tbsp. cilantro, chopped

How to Prepare

Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Add the onion and a splash of water, stir, and cook for 5 minutes, until soft.

Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes, breaking it up as it browns.

Stir in the vegetable mix and cook for 15-17 minutes until tender.

Add honey and tamari, stir, and season with salt and black pepper.

Top with cilantro, divide between plates, and enjoy!
