Recipe

Serves 2

6 oz. (170g) coconut yogurt

1 tbsp. lemon juice

2 oranges, peeled

¼ tsp. ground turmeric

1 tsp. fresh ginger, grated

2 oz. (60g) baby spinach

How to Prepare

Add all ingredients to a blender.



Blend until smooth and creamy, and add ice cubes if desired. Serve immediately.
