Citrus Zinger Smoothie

For a healthy and delicious breakfast, try this Citrus Zinger Smoothie! This Smoothie recipe will invigorate your taste buds and provide you with the vitamins and minerals needed to make it through your day. It’s vegan, and gluten-free, and sweetened only with fruit.  The ingredients are easy to find in your local grocery store and it can be prepped in less than 5 minutes.

Recipe

1½ cups dairy-free milk

1 orange, peeled and roughly chopped

Juice of ½ lemon

Juice of ½ lemon

1-inch piece fresh ginger, chopped

1 cup baby spinach

1 tablespoon coconut oil

½ avocado

How to Prepare

•Add all ingredients to a high powered blender, (We like the Vitamix).

•Blend on high until smooth.

•Enjoy!
