Recipe

1½ cups dairy-free milk

1 orange, peeled and roughly chopped

Juice of ½ lemon

1-inch piece fresh ginger, chopped

1 cup baby spinach

1 tablespoon coconut oil

½ avocado

How to Prepare

Add all ingredients to a high powered blender, (We like the Vitamix).

Blend on high until smooth.
