6.3 oz. (180g) desiccated coconut, unsweetened
1.4 oz. (40g) cashew nuts
2 tbsp. coconut milk, full fat, top creamy part
2 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. lemon zest
How to Prepare
Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blitz until well combined. Shape the dough into 12 even-sized balls, place on a tray in the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour before enjoying.
