Recipe

Makes about 10 to 15 balls

½ cup sunflower seed butter

½ cup vanilla protein powder

1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

3 tablespoons dried cranberries

How to Prepare

COMBINE INGREDIENTS. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend until well mixed. Add a few tablespoons of water, if you are having trouble blending.

FORM BALLS. Scoop out and form bite-sized balls. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
