Recipe
1 white onion, diced
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 can fire-roasted corn, drained
1 can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
1 can black beans, drained & rinsed
1 can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
1 (16 oz) jar of salsa
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
4 cups vegetable broth or water (use vegetable broth for added flavor)
