Salad:
11.3 oz. (320g) chopped broccoli
2 oz. (57g) chopped walnuts
1.4 oz. (40g) pumpkin seeds
2.1 oz. (60g) dried cranberries

How to Prepare
In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tbsp. olive oil, 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, mint, and orange juice until well combined.
