Who says eating healthy can’t be fun?  Try this green lime smoothie bowl! Packed with nutrients and antioxidants, it’ll give you the energy you need to conquer the day. Plus, it’s so refreshing and tasty, you’ll be looking forward to breakfast all week long!

Recipe

Serves 1

½ cup dairy-free milk

Juice of ½ lime

½ cucumber, chopped

½ banana, frozen

1 small avocado

Handful of ice cubes

2 tablespoons chia seeds

How to Prepare

Add all the ingredients in the order they are listed (except chia seeds) to a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a serving bowl, then top with chia seeds.
