4 oz leftover turkey breast, sliced

2 tbsp fresh cranberry sauce (sugar-free)

1/4 avocado, mashed

1 handful arugula

1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

1 tbsp plant cheese (optional) We like Miyokos 

1 tsp olive oil

Black pepper to taste
