Juice of 2 lemons
1 tablespoon dried basil
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
8 cups mixed greens
1 red onion, chopped
1 cup shredded cabbage
½ cup sliced radishes
¼ cup raw pumpkin seeds
How to Prepare
To make the dressing, add lemon juice, basil, olive oil,
salt, and pepper to a small bowl. Mix well and set to the side.
