7.4 oz. (210g) frozen blueberries
½ frozen banana
1 tbsp. chia seeds
3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon zest
1½ tsp. cinnamon
12 fl oz. (360ml) almond milk, unsweetened
1 oz. (30g) vanilla plant-based protein powder
