3 cups shaved brussel sprouts
6 green onions, thinly sliced

1 Tbsp lemon juice
handful of sliced almonds
1/2 cup hummus, your choice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp + 1 tsp dijon mustard
1 Tbsp + 1 tsp pure maple syrup (Optional)
1/4 tsp sea salt, or to taste
How to Prepare
