Recipe

6 oz. (180g) tahini

2.8 fl oz. (84ml) maple syrup

2.8 fl oz. (84ml) coconut aminos

4 tsp. rice vinegar

4 tsp. ginger, grated

4 cloves garlic, crushed

How to Prepare

Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Add 1 tsp. water to start, then add 2-7 tsp. more if needed for a thick, pourable consistency.



Season with salt to taste.
