Recipe

½ banana frozen

6 fl oz. (180ml) almond milk

1.2 oz. (35g) kale, chopped

2.5 oz. (70g) coconut yogurt

1 tbsp. almond butter

2 tbsp. protein powder

1 tbsp. ground flax seeds

How to Prepare

Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender and pulse until combined and creamy. Add a few ice cubes if you prefer a thicker shake. Serve immediately.
