Recipe

Serves 1

6 fl oz.  almond milk, unsweetened

5.8 oz. coconut yogurt

1 peach, chopped, frozen

½ banana

0.5 oz. pecans

2 tbsp. rolled oats (optional)

¼ tsp. vanilla extract

¼ tsp. ground cinnamon

pinch of sea salt

How to Prepare

Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
