Recipe
7.8 oz. (220g) dairy-free coconut yogurt
1 large egg
2.8 oz. (80g) coconut sugar
3.5 oz. (100g) almond flour
½ tsp. vanilla extract
6 tbsp. chocolate chips

How to Prepare
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the yogurt, egg, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
Gradually add in almond flour and mix until a cookie dough forms. If it is too sticky, add a little extra flour; if too dry, add more yogurt. Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop out 9 equal portions of dough, shape into cookies, and place on the baking sheet, leaving space between them.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges turn light golden brown.
Let it cool completely before serving.
