1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup hot water
1 handful fresh basil
1 handful fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic
Juice of lemon
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt and black pepper, to taste

How to Prepare
Soak pumpkin seeds in hot water for 1 hour. Drain well and discard water.
