Recipe
2 eggs
1 cup sweet potato, cubed
1 slice turkey bacon, chopped
1/2 medium onion, diced
1 cup kale
1/4 avocado
2 tbsp coconut yogurt
1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
1 tsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

How to Prepare
Roast sweet potato and onion with oil (400°F, 20 mins)
Cook turkey bacon until crispy
Sauté kale
