Recipe

1 lb Brussels sprouts, shaved

1 apple, julienned

1/4 cup unsweetened dried cranberries

1/3 cup pecans, toasted

Dressing

3 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Optional: monk fruit sweetener or maple syrup to taste

Salt and pepper

Prep Brussels Sprouts: Shave or slice thinly and place in a bowl.

Prep Apple: Core and julienne, then add to the bowl.

Toast Pecans: Toast in a dry skillet until fragrant.
