Serves 2

4 cups spinach

½ bunch dandelion, chopped

1 cup sprouts (any variety)

1 small cucumber, chopped

1 avocado, diced

1 cup cauliflower rice, cooked

½ cup red onion, chopped

½ cup Lemon Cilantro Dressing 

How to Prepare

Combine all ingredients in a large serving bowl. Mix well and serve.
