
I love smoothies. They’re the perfect way to drink my fruits and veggies, have a nutritious meal on the go or just give me a quick burst of energy for those early mornings. This strawberry shortcake smoothie is one of my favorites! It’s got all the flavors I love from a classic dessert but with healthy ingredients that still taste delicious. Recipe
1½ cups coconut milk
1 scoop vanilla plant-based or collagen protein powder
1 banana
½ avocado
½ cup frozen strawberries
How to Prepare
•Add all ingredients to a high powered blender, (We like the Vitamix).
•Blend on high until smooth.
•Enjoy!
