1½ cups coconut milk

1 scoop vanilla plant-based or collagen protein powder

1 banana

½ avocado

½ cup frozen strawberries

How to Prepare

•Add all ingredients to a high powered blender, (We like the Vitamix).

•Blend on high until smooth.
