Recipe
Makes ~1.5 liters
4 black tea bags
(You can also try green tea, hibiscus, rooibos, or peppermint for different benefits)
4–6 organic strawberries, sliced
4–5 slices of lemon or orange (optional, adds brightness and vitamin C)
A few sprigs of fresh mint or basil
1–2 tsp. raw honey or monk fruit sweetener (optional)
~6 cups filtered water
1 large glass jar with lid

How to Prepare
Place the tea bags in a large glass jar and fill with filtered water.
Seal the jar and place it in direct sunlight for 3–4 hours.
After steeping, remove the tea bags and refrigerate the tea until chilled.
Once cooled, add the sliced strawberries, citrus, and fresh herbs.
Stir in sweetener, if using.
Let the tea infuse in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Serve over ice. Enjoy within 24–48 hours for the best flavor and freshness.
