1-1/2 cups creamy almond butter

2 Tbsp roasted pumpkin seeds

2 Tbsp roasted sunflower seeds

1 Tbsp chia seeds

1 Tbsp hemp seeds

1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds

1 Tbsp ground flaxseeds

*optional to add melted dark chocolate or cocoa powder
