Teriyaki Glaze

Teriyaki glaze is a versatile sauce that can add a touch of sweetness and tangy flavor to your favorite dishes. Made from a combination of garlic, ginger, lime juice, coconut aminos, and maple syrup, this glaze is a perfect complement to grilled meats or vegetables. Whip up a batch in just minutes by mincing garlic, grating ginger, and squeezing limes. Whisk all the ingredients together and let it simmer for 10 minutes on low heat. Once it’s done, let it cool and use it in your recipes as a glaze, marinade, or dipping sauce. The possibilities are endless with this delicious and easy-to-make teriyaki glaze.


4 Servings

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 Tbsp ginger root, grated

3 limes, juiced

1/3 cup  coconut aminos

1/3 cup maple syrup

How to Prepare

Mince garlic, grate ginger, and squeeze limes for lime juice [about 1/4 cup for 4 servings].

Whisk together all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until thickened, about 10 minutes.

Set aside to cool.

Use as desired in recipes as a glaze or dipping sauce.
