½ frozen banana

1.8 oz. (50g) frozen mango

2 handfuls fresh spinach

1 tbsp. chia seeds

½ cup ice cubes (or more for a thicker consistency)



Optional toppings:

kiwi

coconut flakes

flaked almonds

granola

nuts

How to Prepare

Blend all ingredients (except optional toppings) with 6 fl oz. (180ml) water until smooth. Add more ice for thickness.
