These Turkey Burgers are a flavorful, nutrient-dense alternative to traditional beef patties—perfect for anyone looking to lighten up their meals without sacrificing taste. Made with lean ground turkey thigh, fresh spinach, green onions, and seasoned with coconut aminos, these burgers are juicy, satisfying, and packed with real, whole-food ingredients.

Turkey is a fantastic source of high-quality protein, helping to support muscle maintenance, metabolism, and satiety. Using turkey thigh (instead of breast) with a modest fat content ensures a tender, flavorful bite.  Spinach adds a pop of nutrients like iron, folate, and vitamin K, while green onions provide antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds. The egg helps bind everything together while contributing additional protein and nutrients like choline. Coconut aminos offer a soy-free umami kick, and corn flour keeps the burgers gluten-free while giving them structure.

Easy to prepare and cook in under 30 minutes, these burgers are ideal for meal prep, quick dinners, or weekend grilling. Recipe

1 lb. (450g) ground turkey thigh (7% fat)

2 green onions, chopped

1 oz. (30g) spinach, chopped

1 tbsp. Coconut aminos

1 egg

1 oz. (30g) corn flour

How to Prepare

In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, ¾ tsp. salt, 1 tsp. black pepper, green onions, spinach, coconut aminos, and egg.



Stir in corn flour and mix until fully combined.



Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and form into patties about 4 inches wide and 2 inches thick.



Heat 1 tsp. oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook patties for 10-15 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through.



Suggested serving: Serve in lettuce wraps or gluten-free burger buns with sliced onion, tomatoes, or toppings of your choice.
