1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)

1/4 cup frozen zucchini

1 cup baby kale

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 tbsp chia seeds

1/4 medium avocado

1/2 cup ice

Add almond milk to the blender first.

Blend on high for 60-90 seconds until smooth.
