In this blog post we’ll cover how simple it is to make this nutrient-packed breakfast delight that’s bound to become one of your new favorites.

Recipe

1 cups almond milk, unsweetened

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp cloves

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/3 cups chia seeds

1/4 cups walnuts, raw, chopped

1 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)

How to Prepare

Add all ingredients to a mason jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake vigorously to combine.Let sit for 10 minutes then shake again [this prevents chia seed from settling to bottom].Place in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 4 hours. Serve with chopped walnuts.
