Serves 2

2 (6-ounce) tilapia fillets

1 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp dried parsley

1/2 tsp dried thyme

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1/4 cup sliced almonds

Salt & pepper to taste

Lemon wedges for serving

How to Prepare

Toast almonds in a dry pan until golden.

Pat tilapia dry, season with herbs, salt, pepper.

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high.

Add garlic, and cook for 30 seconds.

Add fish, cook 3-4 minutes per side.

Top with almonds, and serve with lemon.
