0.35 oz. (10g) fresh ginger

1 grapefruit

7 oz. (200g) frozen raspberries

1 oz. (30g) goji berries

2 tsp. maple syrup (optional)

How to Prepare

Soak goji berries in hot water for 10 minutes.



Peel the grapefruit, and cut into large chunks. Peel and grate the ginger.



In a blender, combine raspberries, 3.4 fl oz. (100ml) water, grapefruit, drained goji berries, ginger, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
