Serves 1

2 slices of gluten-free sourdough bread, toasted

½ avocado, sliced

1 tomato, thinly sliced

1.4 oz. (40g) kimchi

How to Prepare

Lightly drizzle one side of each bread slice with ⅛ tsp olive oil. Layer with avocado, tomato, and kimchi. Season with salt, then top with the other slice and serve.
